Ha Noi is an ancient capital, established in 1010 during the Ly dynasty. The flow of time brought this capital various names: Thang Long, Dong Do, Ha Noi. Nowadays Ha Noi still preserves plenty of ancient architectural works comprising the old streets and over 600 pagodas and temples lying nestled in rows of trees.
Pick up
and transfer for visit to Ho Chi Minh
Mausoleum, an important place of pilgrimage for Vietnamese, Ho Chi
Minh's House on Stilts, built in the style of Vietnam's ethnic minorities,
surrounded by verdant and peaceful gardens, One Pillar Pagoda, built in the 11th century, of wood on a single
stone pillar resembling a lotus blossom, symbol of purity, rising out of a sea
of sorrow,Temple of Literature, the
first university of Vietnam founded in 1070 boasting 82 stone stele with the
names, places of birth and achievements of men who received doctorates in each
triennial examination from 1442.
After lunch, visit the History Museum, where display a lot of objects with high historical values, support an insight about Vietnam in the past. Continue by a Cyclo ride around the historic Old Quarter of Hanoi with 36 streets named after the goods once sold there. Transfer back to hotel.
* Note: The Ho Chi Minh mausoleum is closed 2 days a week ( Monday & Friday) and not accessible in October, November and December
