Roundtrip transfers from Ha Noi to Ha Long and vice versa:
• Private transfer: will pick up and drop off guests at your hotel
• Shuttle bus transfer (sharing bus): will pick up and drop off guests at meeting point at 12 Ly Dao Thanh Street, Ha Noi
Children Policy:
• Only one child under 5 can share the cabin with parents, free of charge
• Children aged from 6 -11 will stay on mattress and share room with parents charged 75 USD, limited to one child per booking
• Children from 12 years old will be charged as the same as adults
Other notes:
• Cruise itinerary and schedule subject to change upon weather and operations conditions
• Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number for all passengers
• Surcharge of 25% will be added for cruises on December 24 & 31 and Lunar New Year Eve
